Good news! My husband just got promoted to the Foreign Service equivalent of a 2 star General! So proud of him. Of course I’ve always known he was superior 🙂 Jade and I will finally join the officer and gentleman on Saturday in Strasbourg. In the meantime, down the road I go tomorrow to pick Jade up for the weekend.
This week’s bento is pasta, meatballs and chicken drumettes to the left. Salmon and marinated shrimp salad to the right.

1/2 cup smoked salmon, diced
Mixed, crunchy salad greens
