I had a couple of quarter slabs of spareribs in the freezer; I think I must have cut them from a pork belly. I thought I’d do something easy for Jade’s dinner. I rubbed the pieces with Emeril’s essence; why not?
I then roasted them in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour, took them out, brushed them with some Kansas City barbecue sauce and continued to roast for 10 minutes.
I served this with potato salad and mixed peas and carrots. Jade was pleased.
