Besh’s Fried Goat Cheese Salad

I’ve made this as a starter for formal dinners many times.   It never fails to impress.  These pictures are from Senegal.   There are several tastes happening here; frisee with a walnut dressing and olives, a plum sauce, salty prosciutto and hot goat cheese.

    Never have eaten goat cheese. I would try this because I love salads.
