Have you ever bought those prepared horseradish sauces in the supermarket? I have, and I must tell you , no more! This sauce is an unctuous blend of horseradish, Dijon mustard, creme fraiche and whipped cream. Prime rib/steak ready!
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup creme fraiche
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup horseradish
Whip the cream and creme fraiche together until peaks are formed. Blend in the mustard and horseradish. Serve with prime rib or steak.
